Pros: I like the ease in which all are able to use the Tablet. I also like the fact that it does the job in following up and reaching out to my customers. Great customer relation

Pros: I have seen an increase in customers, new and returning, with the ease and features of this program! I am amazed at what this offers for me and to my customers. Even more so than that is the customer service. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is outstanding! I have so much appreciation for all that she brings to the table! I have never worked with anyone so willing to go above and beyond for a customer than her! 5 stars in NOT ENOUGH for all that she had done for me! Love this software and love [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]!
Cons: There are a few things that seem to be hard to follow but with anything, practice makes perfect! Once all the hiccups are straightened out it will be seamless!

What do you like best?
TapMango has helped us drive customer loyalty by allowing us to promote our products securely and effectively. It’s an intuitive and user-friendly platform that makes life easier for us as an organization to offer promotions and drive sales, as well as for our customers to make purchases and share their experience with our products. TapMango has very efficient customer service.

What do you dislike?
It is expensive, so it might not be profitable for small companies/organizations, otherwise nothing, it works pretty well.

What do you like best?
The program works highly proportional to the supply and demand capacity in a market, this means that it serves as a driving platform in the mechanisms of offering products to a wide demand of people. Its price is very low so it is not a problem.

What do you dislike?
Urgently the support is the negative aspect to improve, it is certainly not under the same line of response that the community expects.
