Pros: It’s so much better then Xactly, the incumbent. It’s clean, easy to use and the team loves it.
Cons: Sometimes it’s hard to get a breakdown on a specific deal. The granularity of reporting could be better.

Overall: I’ve been using Spiff for several months now and I always have it on one of my open browser tabs, so I can see it every day. It helps me push through those days, mid-month when I don’t have the motivation to get to work. I’ve already recommended it to a couple of friends.
Pros: An easy dashboard that lets me know what my commission check will look like, in real time. I can see all my one-time and recurring deals whenever I want to. Complete with a breakdown of each deal. The integration with Salesforce means I get accurate numbers.
Cons: Ths salesperson view could use a month-over-month graphical view. It’s easy for me to export and see this or to move back to past pay periods, so it’s not a big deal, but this would make it even easier for me to compare my performance to past months.

Overall: It is amazing and creates a very helpful gap between the Sales and Finance team.
Pros: I love how I can always be up to date on my commissions without having to do the math myself. I still keep track of my commission myself to double check but Spiff has been great.
Cons: I used to not like that there wasn’t an app for Android…but there is now and I love it. Thank you guys.

What do you like best?
As a Regional Head, I am glad to see the Total and Average Commission of my team besides the individual figures. I know the adjustments, commission breakdown, and trend. It helps me motivate my team to push themselves for better sales with better collections and allows them to reflect on their total earning potential so that they can strive towards the same.

What do you dislike?
So far, nothing is disliked by me. I find it is the easiest calculator and commission reflection tool than any used by me before Spiff was introduced to me.

What do you like best?
I like that Spiff offers an app that I can regularly check to see my monthly progress and the attached bonus. Additionally, the browser version gives me a great visualization of my performance across a longer time span. If I wanted, I could also download this data and work with it in excel – however, I have yet to try this out.

What do you dislike?
Would love it if the mobile app showed a little more info, especially things that are already available on the desktop version. Sometimes, the app loads a little slowly. This isn’t an issue with the desktop version though.
