Overall: Community activation, mail and contact adresses, fun, games
Pros: Qualifio offers you a lot of possibilities to engage your communities on the social networks and the websites. You can do different games, surveys, auctions,… and get a lot of email adresses.
Cons: Perhaps the direct client service was better and easier with a direct mail touch. Some new games and featurs would be great to get too 🙂

Endless possibilities to create competitions that are all different from each other

The limits of the forms do not allow you to start completing it one day and then leave it aside before coming back to it the next day to finalize it

What do you like best?
Qualifio is offering to us opportunities to engage with our consumers. First because the solution is very easy to use and we can gain time to set up our campaigns. There is a lot of ideas they share also on their website and we can follow the results in real time. Secondly behind the solution, there is a read team of experts who are very reactive and proactive.

What do you dislike?
For the moment Qualifio is not connected to our other solutions yet. So we are working with the Qualifio team to be able to plug Qualifio to our CTM.

Very good tool, that’s still growing
A good tool for marketing and social, the possibilities are enormous but you might need to cover a rather steep learning curve if you want to do everything yourself, however, the Qualifio Team is always there to help you (even with the setup of something new or templates…)
As an external partner for some larger enterprises we have used Qualifio many times and are very satisfied on it.
