Overall: I find messenger the simplest form of communication that connects people and businesses globally.
Pros: I like the fact that the product is fast, quick, and easy to use. It also has features anyone can use however the little knowledge they have.
Cons: It does not enable one to attach/share files. well I am hoping this has changed though

Pros: The possibility to get in touch with our customers in a fast and immediate way
Cons: We had some issues in the previous weeks due to problems in the software but we are supported very efficiently by Samuele Marmo, who has helped us to solve all our problems since the beginning of this project.

What do you like best?
I like its interface better than any other chatting platform. but initially, we could use whats app for personal connections but now that we can use if professionally for the business purpose or with clients. it excites me furthermore.

What do you dislike?
Couldn’t add dislikes. as I started using it for the last 2-3 days. I didn’t dislike anything as of now.

What do you like best?
I love how easy it is to use and how well it integrates with WhatsApp. It also has a feature that allows us to set up automated responses so that parents and club members can get answer anytime of the day.

We have been using this software for over 3 months and there is nothing that I can think of that we do not like about it.

Was great. Messages were sent and received fast & quick!

Pros
You can create multiple groups all at the same time. Have multiple conversations going. You can also change your status interchangeable available/ in-available etc..

Cons
Grousing are not well organized.. easy to mix up groups unless this has changed. No ability to attach / share files unless this has cashed.
