Great experience with the product initially I was a bit hesitant to use and recommend it because I did not know about the product at all but once I started using it I fell in love with it. ClickUp support is excellent and the team behind its development is vibrant because one can see with frequent improvements and updates to the platform They keep on adding innovative features to the product which you will not find in your conventional project management software

I love the versatility of this program! It is my responsibility to help my clients find the perfect tools for efficiency and productivity and I often recommend they look at ClickUp. They are also constantly adding features and updates, so they are keeping up with the needs of their users. The free version is PERFECT when just learning how to use it. It will be awhile before I need to start paying for it, but even when I do its just $5/month.

It can get complicated real quick. The downside of this software is that it has too many tabs and folders all in a small space which makes it confusing at times.

I really like how it allows you to create any structure. Using spaces, folders and lists, I can segment clients in different spaces, organize projects in folders and use lists for project stages. I like how they offer many templates (I recommend every newbie to start from there) with ready functionality like agile project management or even a light CRM. I also like to use their native apps on desktop and mobile because they’re intuitive and easy to get into.

The only thing that slows me down is not being able to copy/paste formatted text from another notes software (like OneNote or Word) and have it bring along all the formatting. When I copy and paste formatted items like bullets and sub-bullets, indentations, etc., I wish it would copy all of that instead of pasting it as plaintext or an image. The lack of robust text editing is really the only thing holding me back from using ClickUp to keep track of all notes related to a project.
